Convert a Standard Trip Into a Group Reservation

1. Start with a standard trip you will be moving and a group trip you will move into.

   Click on the trip description in the standard trip to open it.

2. Click the overflow menu (three vertical dots) on the Trip Information tab.

3. Click Convert to a Reservation.
4. Search for the description of the group trip and click it when it comes up.
5. Click Convert.

Convert a Reservation Into a Standard Trip

This process is very similar, just in reverse.

1. On a Reservation Information tab click the overflow menu (three vertical dots) and click Convert to a Regular Trip.
2. Click Confirm.

Convert a Proposal into a Group Trip

1. Start with the proposal you will be converting and a group trip you will move into.

   Click on the proposal description to open it.

2. Click the Create Trip link for the traveling package you want to convert.

3. Select any options needed for the traveling package.
4. Search for the description of the group trip and click it when it comes up.
5. Click Create.
